This shoot is Co-Sponsored by Datus Archery Club and Timpanogos Archers !!

15 target 3-D competition Redding scoring.
Over $500 Added Money**Money classes for Sr Mens, Trad, BHFS, FS, & Womens Open.
$20 per shooter 70% payback + added** 1 to 4 payback.
3D Hours Fri 10-8pm Sat 10-5pm.
Special Traditional Archery 3D competition to be Thursday night. Shotgun start 6-pm. Practice at 5pm.
Friday & Sat-15 target 3-D competition Redding scoring. 2 Arrows each target. Added Money**

*Saturday After the 3D Champions are determined the Fastest shooters in the West will be determined using the famous Rendezvous style Clay pigeon format. This is a Double elimination Blind draw Team clay pigeon speed round. Register Sat by  5:30. starts Sat at 6pm limit of 16 teams or 32 players. Single players are welcome. 15$ per person 80% payback 3 teams win. Teams will be chosen at random. First team to shoot 3 clay birds at 30 yds wins and advances.

Archery competitors, Club volunteers  and spouses will get free admission to the Wild outdoors Festival.. Special parking at the East Gate for Archery competitors.
** 10 shooter minimum in a FS, BH and Trad classes and 4 shooter min in Women’s and seniors for added money to apply

REMEMBER THAT GUEST ARE WELCOME WHEN ACCOMPIANED WITH A MEMBER, BUT THE MEMBER MUST COLLECT $5.00 PER PERSON PER TIME.

PLEASE LET A BOARD MEMBER KNOW OF THE HOURS THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED SO THAT THEY CAN BE DOCUMENTED SO YOU DON’T GET CHARGED AT THE END OF THE YEAR FOR MISSING HOURS. ALSO REMEMBER THAT THERE ARE TOOLS AT THE RANGE TO USE AND THERE WILL BE A LIST OF THINGS THAT CAN BE DONE ON THE WEBSITE SOON. THERE WILL ALSO BE AT LEAST ONE WORK PARTY COMING SOON TO BUILD SOME NEW TARGETS. THE WEBSITE WILL ALSO HAVE THIS INFO.

WE ARE GOING TO BE HOSTING A SHOOT PUT ON BY UBA AND FSW ON JUNE 20^TH AND 21^ST. THIS WOULD BE A GOOD OPPURTUITY TO GET SOME HOURS. REMINDER TO ALL LIFETIME MEMBERS IF YOU WANT TO RENEW YOUR UBA DUES, IT’S $15.00 AND CAN BE PAID TO TRICIA. ALSO DON’T FORGET TO GET YOUR SERVICE HOURS IN.

Field shooters,
I think the issue of shooting field on Thursday’s, and not being able to compete if you miss more than 3 Tuesday’s has been worked out, and it is fine to do so. Just make sure to pay the dues and turn in your score cards. Sorry about the confusion, and hope you enjoy. Please pass this along to anyone you know that it would apply to. Thanks.

WE WOULD LIKE TO INVITE THE PUBLIC TO COME UP AND CHECK OUT OUR FANTASTIC RANGE AT THE MOUTH OF PROVO CANYON AND TO SHOOT SOME ARCHERY THIS SUMMER!

EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT (STARTING MAY 8^th) FROM 4:00 p.m. TO DUSK, FOR JUST $10.00 PER PERSON. WE WILL HAVE A FIELD COURSE AND TWO 3-D COURSES AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.

CLARIFICATION - Arthur Ray Shepherd clarified the issue between “single” and “family” lifetime memberships. “All lifetime memberships were intended to be FAMILY memberships and therefore there is no such this as a single or family lifetime membership”.

New Proposal:

1. Timpanogos Archers will open 10 new Lifetime Memberships for sale at the price of $650.00 per membership.
2. Once the 10 new Lifetime Memberships have been sold, the Board of Directors will determine the number of Lifetime Memberships that may be available for sale each year thereafter. (Recommended 5 per year)
3. Once the initial offering of 10 new Lifetime Memberships have been sold, the selling price of any hew membership will be equivalent to 10 times the current renewal rate of a yearly membership.
4. All new Lifetime Memberships will be Non-Transferable.
5. In order to purchase a new Lifetime Membership, 2 current Lifetime Members in good standing must sponsor the individual. The individual must be a current Timp Archers member for 1 year in good standing. After the first year, the individual can purchase the Lifetime Membership in their second year.
6. Children of a Lifetime Member, once they are no longer a dependent child, may purchase a Lifetime Membership from Timp Archers for the selling price of $250.00. These Lifetime Memberships are Non-Transferable.
7. Lifetime Memberships the have been granted to past presidencies prior to 2011 man be transfered one time. Lifetime Memberships granted to presidencies after 2010 are Non-Transferable.
8. Timp Archers Board of Directors in conjunction with the current Timp Archers President may grant a “Lifetime Membership” for prior services offered.

This Proposal was voted on at the March club meeting to become a working resolution and will be voted on in November meeting to become permanent.
